Other: 1. Severely proclined upper incisors were improved to normal angle by using various optimized attachments.

3. The lower incisors were aligned by intrusion and protrusion.
4. The torque of the upper incisors could be further improved by intruding lower incisors.
5. The midline and the posterior occlusion were improved by using Class II elastics and vertical elastics.
